🔑 Forgot your password?
No problem — you can reset it yourself from the login page in under a minute.
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?" just below the sign-in fields.
- Enter the email address you used to register and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for a reset email from Abra. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the link in the email and choose a new password, then log in with your new credentials.

📍 Entering your home address
When you type your street address, the form uses Google's address lookup to find the exact match. Selecting from the list keeps your address accurate so your plan and pricing are correct.
- Start typing your street address in the address field — just the first line is enough to get started.
- Wait for the dropdown of matching addresses to appear below the field as you type.
- Click your address from the list instead of typing the whole thing. This fills in your city, state, and ZIP automatically.
💡 Tip: If no dropdown appears, delete a character and keep typing slowly. Always select your address from the list rather than typing it in full.
